CC Node

The CC node sends the current workflow information to specified people so they can understand the workflow progress, but they do not need to make an approval decision or complete a handling task.
It is more like a non-blocking notification task.
When the workflow reaches a CC node, the system creates CC records for the recipients and sends notifications according to the configuration. The workflow does not wait for CC recipients to view or process anything; it continues to move forward.
Suitable Scenarios
The CC node is suitable for scenarios where someone "needs to know, but does not need to handle," for example:
- CC to a department owner;
- CC to the sales director;
- CC to finance for filing;
- CC to the project owner for progress awareness;
- CC to the applicant's direct manager.
Difference from Handling Nodes
A handling node asks someone to complete a specific task, while a CC node only lets someone know about the matter.
In short:
A handling node means "please handle this."
A CC node means "please be informed."
A CC node does not block the workflow. Even if the CC recipient does not view it, the workflow continues to move forward.
Usage Suggestions
Do not add too many CC nodes, or they will create notification noise.
Usually, CC only the people who truly need to understand the workflow result or progress, such as department owners, business owners, or finance filing personnel.
